- Green Wheels Gala Volunteers
- We will need help with collecting donated food and prizes, setting up the venue, serving food, dispensing benefit drawing tickets, and clean up. Volunteer for two shifts and get dinner and get a t-shirt and free dinner! Check out our signup sheet to see where you might be able to help then contact Chris to sign up..
- Web Design Intern
- Get trained by our very own webmaster, Aaron, and keep our online presence looking good. This could lead to a paid position depending on performance and funding.
- Meeting Observer
- Attend public meetings (some you can watch on cable TV if you have it) and report back to us. When we have time conflicts with multiple meetings, this helps us gather information on what our elected and appointed decision makers are up to so we can identify allies and areas of common ground with those for whom sustainable transportation is less of a priority. You get to learn more about the public process and the nitty-gritty issues, and if you have cable, you can do it from your sofa at home!
- Newsletter Distributer
- Bring newsletters to the halls of local government, local cafes, eateries and other businesses in your community. This is a fun way to get to know your community and it helps us distribute to a broader range of areas.
