After discovering Wordle, a tool for creating beautiful tag coulds, through Planetizen, I just had to have something to put it to use for.  Here's a look at the Bay District's Redwood Marine Terminal Business Plan.  Larger words mean they occur more frequently.  I still can't find "railroad" in there, which occurs 13 times in the document.
